Design for a mixed use urban block including high quality housing for 50+ age group. The site is located within a walking distance of the town centre and opposite a swimming pool/ physio therapy practice. The design of the layout has been developed with special consideration to the landforms and existing mature pine trees on the site. The layout creates an intimate, pedestrian scale environment within the block and a small urban square for the residents.
